List as a pocket or in the MLS for sale and conduct showings to interested buyers. Monitor showing activity and feedback and make any necessary adjustments. Field offers and negotiate to acceptance.
 

STEP 3:

 

Navigate the attorney review and inspection periods. Monitor buyer’s loan status through successful full approval. Make arrangements in advance of closing to be fully moved out no later than the closing date.

 

STEP 4:
